Nous vous conseillons de commencer par la lecture du Scrum Guide. Il est co-écrit par les deux fondateurs du cadre de travail Scrum Ken Schwaber et Jeff Sutherland. Vous pourrez y lire les fondements les valeurs et les principes de l’Agilité Scrum. C’est une ressource essentielle pour commencer votre apprentissage Scrum.
Scrum est un cadre de travail dans lequel les personnes peuvent résoudre des problèmes adaptatifs complexes, tout en fournissant de manière productive et créative des produits de la plus haute valeur possible.
